A | 8月26日消息，中国移动呼和浩特智算中心2026年扩容工程设备采购及2026至2027年AI超节点设备补充采购评标结果今日公示。两期集采累计中标金额已达33.5亿元，部署规模超过1万卡。 Colombo, Oct 19 (UNI) Sri Lanka would be in a far more difficult situation if not for financial assistance provided by the Indian government, the leader of the island nation's most influential leftist party said in remarks published on Wednesday.
Speaking to a television channel, Anura Kumara Dissanayake of the Janatha Vimukti Peramuna (JVP) compared the $3.8 billion assistance provided by India within six months with the $2.9 billion promised by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) over a period of four years.
The Island newspaper quoted Dissanayake as appreciating the Indian help, "at a time when the government (of Sri Lanka) was unable to meet even the basic needs of the population".
Asserting that the situation in the country continued to deteriorate, the JVP leader warned of a fresh round of public protests against the government.
But he urged the public to desist from violence. If the public resorted to violence, the government would exploit the situation to unleash the police and the military, he warned.
The JVP carried out two failed major insurrections in 1971 and in 1987-89 to capture power, leaving thousands dead.
UNI MR。本轮集采规模为3840卡（480套计算节点），据测算投标金额不含税约12.9亿元，拟由武汉长江计算、宝德计算机、河南昆仑与华鲲振宇四家分食。

B | 这是对其2026年4月首期6208卡、20.6亿元集采的扩容。从评标结果看，标包1由长江计算与宝德计算机分获：前者拟中标1920卡、金额约6.21亿元，后者768卡、约2.48亿元。两家报价差值较小，市场博弈较为充分。

C | 标包2则由河南昆仑与华鲲振宇拿下，分别拟中标768卡（约2.83亿元）与384卡（约1.42亿元）。两家报价高度趋同，价差仅约0.0058亿元。这批设备将落地中国移动呼和浩特数据中心，该节点是目前全国布局规模最大的算力节点；两期超节点陆续就位后，当地智算承载力将再上一个台阶。 需要指出的是，两期设备均基于华为昇腾（CANN生态）AI超节点。
